The room here is incredibly spacious, fantastic, and it comes with a comfortable bed.

The service is fantastic, includes convenient parking. An a double room with a nice view has basic facilities you need. Helpful staff, they know their business. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, at walking distance from A Modest 1806 House.

The room had a great view 🌆. the staff went above and beyond to help and were super accommodating. the location was awesome, just a short 10-15 minute stroll to Thoroughbred Park.

The location is amazing, just a minute walk from a public library, and there are plenty of eateries and a coffee shop within walking distance, the units offer fantastic views.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel - the room was spacious and modern with utensils, a stove and a large fridge. The location was perfect, it was convenient to both great places to eat as well as various popular sites. Lastly, the hotel was spotless, the lobby and room alike.

Great location just 1 mile from an indoor arena, making it super easy to get around. Plus, it's right near downtown, so you're close to all the action. 🌟

I loved the suite at Residence Inn, it was spacious and perfect for our needs. The standing shower was amazing, although the shower head was a bit too high, my husband was able to fix it. The location of the hotel is fantastic, we could easily walk to Rupp Arena for a concert in less than 10 minutes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best we've ever slept in at a hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was always clean.

The street noise outside was a bit bothersome, but that is to be expected when staying downtown. Additionally, the breakfast could have been better for the price of the rooms.
